Maple Syrup Festival

Throughout the afternoon, MCCB staff will demonstrate how to tap trees and boil sap to make maple syrup.  You can explore the black maple sugar bush, the old barn and Native American sugaring camp.  Park at the Eveland Access Campground and catch a hayride up the hill to the sugar shack.  The hay ride leaves every half hour.  Bring your appetites for fresh maple syrup on ice cream!
